Customer Codes
OHIONET uses many different customer, or billing, codes which appear on your statements and invoices, both in print and online within MyAccount.
These separate customer/billing codes allow us to separate your statements and invoices by our various products and services. It also allows you to make payments and prepayments for those products and services.
You can determine your Customer Code by using the following formula:
Library Symbol + Account Code = Customer Code
For example:
- Anytown Public Library's symbol is APL
- The Account Code for OCLC Products and Services is 10
So Anytown Public Library's Customer Code for OCLC Products and Services would be APL10.
