OHIONET and Proposed PLF Budget Cuts

In the wake of the State of Ohio Legislature’s proposed budget cuts to the Public Library Fund (PLF), OHIONET is here to help you as you plan your library’s immediate financial future. One way that we’ve done this is by working with our vendor partners to try to craft an arrangement where renewals for databases and electronic resources are temporarily “put on hold” at least until after the final State budget is approved on July 1. In the case of some vendors, we may not be successful, however we know we MUST try.
