NEW!!   Mergent—China Profiles now on Dialog

Mergent China Private Company Database (File 558) is now available on Dialog starting September 25, 2009.  Recently released as the DataStar database MERG , the content now enables you to find information on more than 350,000 private and state-owned companies from the People’s Republic of China (Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao not included). This valuable database, updated quarterly, brings the business community of China to your fingertips.

All records not only contain directory information about the company (including company name, address, business activities, trade names, executives’ names, legal status, year of foundation, etc), but for more than 250,000 of the profiles they include up to three years of financial data—Income Statements (Profit & Loss accounts), Balance Sheets and Cash Flow statements.

The database provides unique insight on the most sought-after Chinese private companies, enabling precision research through its comprehensive company and financial data. To ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data, information is further reviewed and enhanced by Mergent content specialists.
