Beginning this month, OhioNET will be hosting a new series of workshops and webinars designed to help employees at all levels cooperate and communicate more effectively—with end users, with stakeholders, and with colleagues.  Covering topics ranging from data visualization & assessment to customer service & engagement to workplace & leadership skills, these sessions aim to assist attendees in developing critical new skills that most of us didn't learn in library school.  Our series kicks off with Kirstin Krumsee reprising her very successful talk from last year's Dive into Data conference--Knowing Where to Draw the Line: Getting Started with Data Visualization--on May 12th.

We have an updated list of contract discounts from some of your favorite vendors, including Alibris for Libraries, Brodart, Demco, Gaylord Archival, Kapco, Staples, The Library Store and Vernon.

The general information on these discounts can be found here.  A separate email containing the contract codes has just been sent to our members.

If you have questions regarding any of the discount programs that OhioNET has negotiated for your library, please contact Pam Rossman at 1-800-686-8975, ext. 10 or pamr@ohionet.org.
