Oxford Bibliographies Online

Oxford Bibliographies Online (OBO) is designed to help users navigate through the overwhelming mass of information to find reliable sources, directing them to exactly the right chapter, book, website, archive, and data set they need for their research.  Intuitive linking throughout quickly delivers the user from a citation to full-text content, whether online or available through a library’s catalog.  At launch, each subject module will include over 50 entries, with an additional 50-75 entries added each year over the course of three updates.  Each module has an Editorial Board of 15-20 leading scholars, each with expertise in specialized areas within the field of study.  All entries are double-peer reviewed and board-vetted and will have a formal review by the Editorial Board once a year to ensure that it remains up-to-date.
