Cataloging & Technical Services Workflow Analysis

OHIONET consultants are available for analyzing your cataloging and technical services workflow. Our consultants will observe your current workflow and conduct in-depth interviews with all relevant management and staff. All aspects of the workflow will be investigated. Deliverables include an overall description of current practices, flow chart analysis, proposed solutions, and recommendations based on best practices and professional trends. OHIONET consultants meet directly with library management and staff to present the analysis, and once the analysis is complete, will provide assistance with implementation if necessary.
