Meeting Space
OHIONET's Training Room and Computer Lab are available free of charge to OHIONET member libraries and library organizations for training sessions, demonstrations and meetings when the facilities are not in use by OHIONET staff. Meetings must take place during normal OHIONET business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Requests to use these rooms should be made in writing or by email at least one week prior to the meeting. Organizations that use our facilities for meetings are expected to follow OHIONET policies and coordinate their plans with OHIONET personnel to ensure the safety of meeting participants and equipment.

The Training Room is equipped with a Dell OptiPlex GX 270 desktop computer with a processor speed of 2.6GHz, with 512mb RAM, 40gb hard drive, 1.44 floppy, 24x CD-RW drives with a 17" flat panel monitor, Microsoft Windows XP operating system with Office XP. A projection system, TV, VCR and white boards are also available in the room.
The room can accommodate any type of seating from small table top meeting to large theater style seating up to 80.
The Computer Lab is equipped with 15 (14 student and 1 instructor) Dell OptiPlex GX 270 desktop computers with a processor speed of 2.6GHz, 512mb RAM, 40gb hard drives, 1.44 floppy, 24x CD-RW drives with 17" flat panel monitors. The computers are equipped with Microsoft Windows XP operating system with Office XP.
Coffee and tea are provided for meetings free of charge. We can provide other refreshments (soft drinks, pastries, cookies, box lunches, etc.) at cost.
