Databases selected for OhioLINK group deals are chosen in the following ways:
- Recommended by CIRM
- Recommended by OhioLINK subject group to CIRM and/or to OHIONET
- Suggested by individual OHIONET or OhioLINK libraries as a potential group deal
- Initiated by OHIONET based on current publisher relations and new opportunities with anticipated need
