• Recommended by CIRM
• Recommended by OhioLINK subject group to CIRM and/or to OHIONET
• Suggested by individual OHIONET or OhioLINK libraries as a potential group deal
• Initiated by OHIONET based on current publisher relations and new opportunities with anticipated need
