OhioNET News

Join OhioNET and Gale, a Cengage Company, to learn how you and your staff can leverage data analytics to better serve your community and make a positive impact on the day-to-day and strategic operations of your library.  Whether you’ve just begun planning or you’re knee-deep in an existing strategic plan, Analytics On Demand can be a valuable tool in the decision-making process.

By blending external information, like demographic and lifestyle profiles, with existing ILS data, Analytics On Demand allows users to unlock powerful intelligence about their community, patrons AND non-patrons, collections, branch relationships, and even patron voter status.

During this webinar, you’ll learn how you can apply rich patron-intelligence to:

  • Prioritize improvements to your library’s collections or programs
  • Create targeted campaigns to increase engagement among current and non-cardholders
  • Measure your performance to goal achievement, and much more!

Join us as we discuss Analytics On Demand and the EXCLUSIVE opportunity available only to OhioNET public libraries. By participating with libraries throughout the state, you can take advantage of limited-time-only group pricing.

Throughout the last 9 months, our Cultivating Connections series has taken on lots of webinar topics that deal with communication issues: bullying in the workplace, small-group discussion strategies, relationship-building suggestions, and more.  Our discussions during these sessions have been very fruitful--this is clearly an area where folks are seeking advice. So, we're taking this series to the next level with Build Relationships with Respectful Communication--an intensive, day-long, hands-on workshop where attendees will have the opportunity to bring these lessons to life by practicing skills like setting ground rules, being aware of non-verbal cues, using active listening tactics, expressing expectations clearly and more!

This session will be lead by Dr. R. Glenn Ray on Monday, Apr. 28th at the OhioNET office (1500 W. Lane Ave in Columbus).  Space is limited.  Sign-up today!
