Podcasting: A Quick Start Guide

Registration is closed for this event

As the pandemic pushes us to think about non-contact interactions and opportunities to connect people (virtually) through the library, creating a podcast is a great place to start. You can use podcasts to share community news, promote library resources, and foster important conversations.

If you’ve been wondering how to get started, this webinar will show you the way. Attendees will hear from Jeff Laser, creator of the BPL Podcast at Bexley Public Library, and learn how easy and accessible podcasting can be!

Attendees to this session will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about equipment and software options for supporting podcast creation
  • Examine the steps (and best practices) needed to plan, organize, and record your podcasts
  • Discuss where to host and how to promote your podcast
  • Explore options for creating podcasts from home

  • OhioNET members can register at no cost using the button above.
