Planning for Trauma-Informed Service: a Checklist of Considerations

Registration is closed for this event

In the midst of any traumatic situation, from addiction to unemployment, sometimes the only thing that sustains people is hope—hope for positive change, hope for different circumstances. But, when times are darkest, they might need to borrow it. Let the library be where they find it.

Trauma-informed service can come in many forms, and there are many different potential changes you can make to benefit your community. You want to help but it can be difficult to know where to start.  In this webinar, attendees will walk through a checklist of issues to consider when planning changes to services, facilities, programming, and staff training.
