The Wilmington Public Library, serving a population of roughly 25,000 across half of Clinton County is looking for a new Assistant Director to help lead the organization into a new and patron focused future. Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, may include some weekends and evenings
Benefits: Salary $50,000 - $55,000

10 weeks of 100% paid parental leave after one year of service

Required Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree in Library Science
4 or more years of library work experience, preferably in a public library setting
2 or more years of supervisory experience, preferably in a public library setting
OR
Any combination of education and experience that is deemed to be the equivalent to the above requirements
