ASSISTANT MANAGER OF ADULT SERVICES

Master’s Degree in Library Science from an ALA accredited program, a minimum of three years of experience working in a library environment, the ability to work evening and weekend hours, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
Euclid Public Library has a full time employment opportunity for a service-oriented Assistant Manager to support the Adult Services department. The successful applicant will have excellent customer services skills, the ability to manage and advocate for the Page staff, experience with collection development, the ability to write and analyze reports, and to work at a public service desk.
Responsibilities include: supervising the Page staff, providing reference and readers advisory services, assisting the Manager in developing and managing Adult Public Services, and serving as senior in charge of the building.
