Ritter Library at Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio seeks a Digital Resources / Graduate Liaison Librarian to join our team.
The person who fills this position will work with us to provide research and support services to our students, faculty, and staff. Baldwin Wallace is a teaching institution that emphasizes student success, and the library is an integral partner in supporting that mission. In collaboration with our professional staff, the Digital Resources / Graduate Liaison Librarian will share responsibilities to provide instruction, reference, collection development and liaison support to schools and departments.
As the Graduate Liaison, this person will promote library services and resources to our graduate students and faculty. Baldwin Wallace currently offers graduate degrees in business, education, exercise science, speech language pathology, and public health.
Additionally, this person will assume primary responsibility for managing the Springshare LibApps, EBSCO platforms and other electronic resources. The ideal candidate will possess good people skills and an understanding of the technology that allows us to provide services.

Salary

Entry level position; term faculty status

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Library or Information Sciences from an American Library Association accredited program
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with people at all levels of the University
A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Ability to work independently, research, and solve problems
Proficiency in oral and written communication

Desired Qualifications

Familiarity with best practices in web design and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with Institutional Repositories.
