HelpDesk and Membership Coordinator
About this Job
Responsible for a variety of HelpDesk and membership service tasks that help support the Central Library Consortium and our member libraries. Some work can occasionally be performed remotely.
Salary
$17.50/hour - $29.00/hour
Required Qualifications
Proficient in the use of Windows-based computer programs; word processing and spreadsheet
Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems using provided documentation and walk throughs
Strong keyboarding skills
Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
Works effectively both independently and in a collaborative environment
