A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field with at least four years of related experience in a library or public sector is preferred. Due to retirement the Mentor Public Library is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Human Resources Manager/Deputy Director. This is an exempt management position in a union environment, Grade 15 ($23.08-$34.60), and reports to the Executive Director. The Library enjoys strong community support and has a positive relationship with the bargaining unit.
This position develops, implements and coordinates personnel functions for the library system and provides administrative assistance to the Director.
