Organization:Muskingum County Library System
Experience in public sector human resource management, labor relations, benefit administration, and workplace safety. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business required with a minimum of two years’ experience in the HR field.
Salary: $ 25.77 per hour. Benefits include: Health and life insurance, usual holidays, and 280 hours of accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) annually.
Manage the personnel, benefits, and compliance issues for the library system.
