Shaker Heights Public Library is seeking an innovative and dynamic Library Trainer to plan, develop, implement and evaluate learning and development programs for the staff and the public, including technology training, new hire orientation, onboarding and staff professional day. Responsibilities include providing training to staff and the public on new technology and services, identifying training needs, and implementing ongoing training for staff on a variety of topics.
