High school diploma and minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience including supervision and direct public service in a public library setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of facilities and grounds maintenance; knowledge of custodial methods and techniques. Ability to accomplish work through others and translate Library goals into department priorities. Knowledge of managerial methods and techniques.

The Wadsworth Public Library is seeking an experienced and team-oriented Manager to serve in our Facility Maintenance Services department. The Manager plans, develops, directs and participates in a comprehensive facilities maintenance and custodial program to achieve a clean, comfortable, quiet and safe library for the public.
