Reference and Instruction Librarian
Under the supervision of the Director of Pfeiffer Library, the Reference and Instruction Librarian contributes to student success through a wide range of library services such as reference, instruction, and outreach. The Reference and Instruction Librarian is integral in building and maintaining relationships for library services and collections for all university students, faculty, and staff. The librarian assists in the planning and execution of library events as well as serving as back-up support for circulation and cataloging. The Reference and Instruction Librarian is also charged with managing all functions of InterLibrary Loan lending. The ability to anticipate needs, think creatively, and produce quality results with many interruptions is essential to be successful in the position. Some nights and weekends may be required.
