Join us for a session on usage statistics and reports available in EBSCOadmin. We will talk about common usage reports and their primary function. We will also talk about best practices for gathering, interpreting, and working with usage reports.

Library staff who are responsible for gathering and reporting on usage statistics for their EBSCO e-resources and anyone with an interest in the topic.

Presenters

Lisa E. Jones Senior Training Manager

Lisa worked as a systems librarian in both academic and public libraries for 14 years before joining EBSCO. Working with EBSCO's SaaS products and administrative software are where her focus is for training. She also serves as an adjunct professor for Central Texas College in the Computer Science department.
