Description
OhioNet and the State Library of Ohio are excited to announce the return of Library Leadership Ohio (LLO) in 2026!
The mission of LLO is to develop future leaders for Ohio libraries, to help library staff become leaders in the communities they serve, and to encourage connection and collaboration within the Ohio library community. During this information session participants will learn more about Library Leadership Ohio including the history of the program, how to apply, and what to expect if selected to be a 2026 cohort member.

Katy Mathuews Executive Director & CEO, OhioNet
Katy B. Mathuews, MLIS, PhD, is the Executive Director and CEO of OhioNet, bringing 20 years of experience in libraries and higher education. She previously served as senior director of administration at Ohio University Libraries, contributing to strategic planning and library leadership. An accomplished author and speaker, Katy is dedicated to supporting the Ohio library community and fostering connections with OhioNet members.
Erin Kelsey Library Consultant – Library Development, State Library of Ohio
Erin Kelsey is a Library Consultant at the State Library of Ohio, working closely with libraries across the state on strategic planning, leadership development, and continuing education. With over 10 years of public library experience, she is passionate about supporting libraries as welcoming, innovative, and evolving spaces that strengthen their communities.
