Fire Up Learning Feedback

In December 2021, we invited you to join us for an online discussion on how we could Fire Up Learning. Attendees got the chance to participate in a series of appreciative inquiry exercises led by OhioNet’s Director of Consulting Services, Michelle Bradley. Through paired interviews and small group discussions, folks reflected on past learning experiences that were transformational, described what made them so engaging, and brainstormed small steps that could have big impacts.

Thanks to everyone who shared their ideas – we came away with some strong themes to explore: creating connections and collaboration opportunities, diversifying voices and perspectives, sparking actionable ideas, and supporting reflection and leadership development. Over the next few months, watch for updates that highlight the ways OhioNet is shaping training to meet member needs.
