OhioNet to Offer WhoFi Core Suite for Public Libraries
We are pleased to announce an extension of our partnership with WhoFi to provide the Core Suite to Ohio public libraries. This resource includes the following functionalities:
- Community Calendar
- Question Sets
- Spaces
This bundle is available to all OhioNet members, who will receive a 10% discount off list price for the Core Suite. The subscription period(s) will begin as the State Library of Ohio and/or OPLIN contracts expire, ensuring a seamless transition for interested libraries.
Important Details to Note:
- Because WhoFi subscriptions work on a calendar year, we will be providing a pro-rated subscription through December 31, 2026.
- OhioNet members will be able to purchase one of two pro-rated options:
- For OPLIN Webkit libraries, complimentary access to the Core Suite will expire on August 31, 2026. If you are an OPLIN Webkit library, we will offer a 4-month pro-rated subscription (September-December).
- For non-Webkit libraries, complimentary access to the Core Suite will expire on June 30, 2026. If you do not have the Webkit, we will offer a 6-month subscription (July-December)
- As we approach the end of the calendar year, members will have the option to purchase a fall year subscription for just the Core Suite, or get an additional bundled discount by combining the Core Suite and Wifi Analytics.
