In-Person Workshop on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. | $295.00 (Member) / $395.00 (Non-Member)

Join award-winning facilitator Kaetrena Davis Kendrick, MSLS, for The Renewals Workshop — an in-person experience designed to help individuals and groups recognize, reconcile, and recover from dysfunctional workplace cultures and behaviors.

Centered on library workers’ experiences, Kendrick’s morale studies reveal the social, environmental, and systemic factors that undermine welcoming workplaces and affect ethics, collaboration, continuing education, and career mobility.

Through pre-event activities and on-site prompts, this workshop creates intentional opportunities to reflect, reset, and begin dismantling practices that suppress accountability, humaneness, and belonging.
