Mandy Simon worked in public libraries around central Ohio for 12 years before becoming a Library Consultant for the State Library of Ohio. There, she focused on strategic planning and space planning for Ohio libraries for 7 years. Now, Mandy is a Managing Consultant at BMA, and guides library boards and organizations through an equitable search process to find their next leader.
