Ohio Library Workers Wellbeing Wrap-Up Debrief

  • Webinar

Description

Calling all Ohio library workers! You’re invited to join us as we close the learning loop on the collective state of wellbeing in Ohio’s libraries.

Join OhioNet for our upcoming debrief of the Ohio Libraries Workplace Wellbeing initiative on Friday, 2/23! Delve into the insights shared during our PERMAH exploration discussions and discover strategies to enhance your wellbeing.

Over the course of December 2023 and January 2024, OhioNet held virtual discussions on each of the PERMAH pillars of wellbeing: Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, and Health. These discussions were structured using an appreciative inquiry framework to discuss actionable strategies that could be employed to improve workplace wellbeing in Ohio’s libraries. This debrief will highlight some of the ideas and themes that were discussed in these virtual explorations.

We’ll also be sharing more about the PERMAH pillars that require additional attention and support through future wellbeing-focused webinars and workshops hosted by OhioNet.

This event is free, though we do ask that you register to attend. This debrief will be recorded and shared following the event for those who cannot attend live.
