About this Job
We are seeking a charismatic and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Librarian II-KDLA.
The duties include but are not limited to:
The position will be responsible for family literacy related grant projects working with the Office of Adult Education and other partners.
Will assist in recruitment of participants and perform the marketing of the program.
Provides guidance to applicants during and throughout the grant process.
Monitors end results and reports outcomes to all agencies.
Provides consultative services for new literacy related tools and resources to public library staff, trustees, regional and statewide consultants, and professional organizations.
Helps promote these resources to all libraries.
Salary
$3,496.04 Monthly
Required Qualifications
EDUCATION: Graduate of a college or university with a master's degree in Library Science.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Two years of professional library experience.
