Manager of Library Services, Zanesville

Ohio University Libraries and Regional Higher Education seek a creative, collaborative, resourceful, user-centered Manager of Library Services. The person in this position delivers, manages, and assesses library services, and provides curricular and research support to Ohio University Zanesville and Zane State College students, faculty, and staff. They partner with campus colleagues in delivery of first-year student orientation content, including UC 1000 and new student orientations. Additionally, this person supports community relationships and outreach initiatives where they intersect with the Libraries.

As a member of the Ohio University Libraries’ Learning Services department, this position actively participates in the work of the department which may include projects to support digital humanities tools in the classroom, professional development for instructors and librarians on information literacy, development of asynchronous library learning objects, and programming for affordable learning initiatives.

Master’s degree in Library and Information Science or closely related field
